These one-hour NJ surfing classes are the perfect choice for students to get started with the surf and ocean lifestyle. Students are guided through surfing fundamentals on-land and in the water within an organized, group setting.
First-time students are recommended to start with one of our NJ surf classes with the option to upgrade to a four-pack of sessions at the conclusion of the session.
Returning students may want to take advantage of the four-pack option as the most affordable way to receive quality Asbury Park surf lessons. This is the best way for students to develop their surf practice routine as they work towards joining intermediate surfers in the Adult Surf Club.
Offered most days from June to September.
What to Bring:
“in surfing, less is more”

👙 Ocean-appropriate swimwear (i.e. suits that won’t fall off in the water)
Optional:
🏄 Wetsuit (if you have one)
🏄 Beginner Soft Surfboard (if you have one)
Note: Fiberglass surfboards allowed for intermediate/advanced classes only

Sharing in The Beauty of Riding Waves
This exciting and educational weekend retreat gives adult women an understanding of surfing through on-land fundamentals, surf science theory, and hands-on instruction. Each day concludes with a celebratory yoga session.
All ages & abilities
Private surf lessons are the most specialized service. A dedicated surf instructor tailors the lesson to best fit the students’ needs. Bring a friend or family member along and share a premium experience together.
