OCEAN PROGRAM STAFF

Seeking positive, responsible individuals with ocean and surf skills who are excited about sharing the stoke with others.

All prospective ocean program staff are required to pass the Ocean Staff Workout. There are two opportunities to pass, you are only required to pass once per year.

2024 Information: Sat, June 1st at 7:30am & Sun, June 9th at 10:00am.

All workouts are open to any interested candidate. Location is most likely our Bradley Beach site at Ocean and Lake Terrace.

Mandatory Staff Workouts / Walk-On Opportunities

Improve your physical fitness with a mandatory one-hour workout alongside your ocean staff coworkers. These workouts also serve as an opportunity for those who have not passed a tryout to “walk-on” to the staff. Attend both workouts.

Physical Workout: ½ mile Ocean swim, 1 mile ocean paddle and 1 mile beach run tryouts

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Boardwalk Staff

Do you want to work outside, administering hospitality and customer service to campers, students, and their families? Must love being a part of the beach & ocean lifestyle and be excited about sharing that with the world.

Reservationist

If you enjoy working in an office atmosphere, have customer service experience, are organized, and have a positive attitude we want to hear from you! This role is primarily responsible for but not limited to the line of communication via phone calls, emails, and more.

Admin Assistant

This is the position for an administrative professional through our peak season of May – October, with part time work available in the offseason as well.
