GET INVOLVED – FALL 2021

Hello Friends!

We would like to bring some awareness to an organization that is very important to Summertime Surf’s foundations and future.  Summertime Surf and much of its staff are members of the Surfrider Foundation, and we are encouraging our family and friends to join us with membership this year.

The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves, and beaches for all people. They work on improving beach access, fighting plastic pollution, and ensuring we have clean ocean water and healthy beaches. Clearly, we need these things to do what we do at Summertime Surf. 

Surfrider Foundation is a membership organization. That is, they depend on memberships from regular ocean and beach lovers like you to help them do things like ban plastic bags, stop offshore oil drilling, and fund state testing of ocean water quality – all of which they have done here in NJ.  

We invite you to click the links below to join the Jersey Shore Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation. If you enjoyed learning to surf this summer, or if the ocean, waves, and beaches have been important to you to get you through this pandemic, please consider joining.
