Counselor-in-Training Program
After completion of at least 4 weeks of the Kids Surf Club. surfers ages 13+ are eligible to join the C.I.T program path. Learn the green shirt methods and principles of S.P.F first hand while sharing your passion for the ocean with others!
Ocean Staff
Seeking positive, responsible individuals with ocean and surf skills who are excited about sharing the stoke with others. All prospective ocean staff are required to workout in the pre-season to assess their physical readiness for employment.
2026 Official Workout Schedule:
- Sat, May 30th at 7:30am
- Sun, June 7th at 7:30am
- Location: Bradley Beach Flagship Location (Kent Ave Beach)

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Boardwalk Staff
Do you want to work outside, administering hospitality and customer service to campers, students, and their families? Must love being a part of the beach & ocean lifestyle and be excited about sharing that with the world.
Reservationist
If you enjoy working in an office atmosphere, have customer service experience, are organized, and have a positive attitude we want to hear from you! This role is primarily responsible for but not limited to the line of communication via phone calls, emails, and more.
Admin Assistant
This is the position for an administrative professional through our peak season of May – October, with part time work available in the offseason as well.
